When a user reaches a new or upgraded status level, they receive awards notifications during the following month. Users maintain this status for 30 days.
To maintain a status beyond 30 days and continue accruing points, a user must earn at least 100 points per month. Failure to do so results in expiration of their current status and a downgrade to the mid-point of the previous tier.
Maintaining Platinum status requires earning 250 points per month.
