These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the terms and conditions governing your access and use of Arrafund, a social network and investment platform designed to connect influencers with businesses through promotional engagements and targeted fund payouts. By using Arrafund, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Arrafund. Some features may have location restrictions, and Arrafund reserves the right to deny access based on jurisdictional limitations. Business accounts are reserved for registered businesses or entities legally authorized to conduct commercial activities. Influencer accounts are intended for individuals creating content for promotional purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Arrafund reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for inaccurate information, suspected fraudulent activities, or violations of these Terms. Ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
Arrafund allows businesses to create and fund campaigns ("Funds") which influencers can promote through content creation, driving legitimate traffic to the business’s offerings. When a Fund’s target is reached, influencer payouts are processed through Wise. Influencers are solely responsible for generating authentic traffic, and businesses are responsible for funding their accounts promptly and accurately.
Arrafund may apply fees to platform services. These fees will be disclosed prior to engagement in any paid service. Any fees associated with Wise transactions, including potential processing delays, are subject to Wise’s terms and conditions and are outside Arrafund’s control.
Once a Fund reaches its target, Arrafund processes payouts to influencers through Wise. Arrafund does not assume responsibility for delays caused by Wise or other third-party payment processors. Users acknowledge that external payment processing times may vary, and Arrafund disclaims liability for any issues arising from third-party delays.
Arrafund retains ownership of all platform content, design, and branding materials. Businesses and influencers maintain ownership of their content but grant Arrafund a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display this content on the platform as part of the promotion and engagement process.
Users agree not to engage in spam, impersonation, fraudulent activities, or misuse of funds. Arrafund reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and pursue legal action for violations of this policy. All users must comply with these Terms and any applicable laws.
Arrafund is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or third-party payment failures (e.g., Wise). Users acknowledge that Arrafund does not control third-party payment processing and accepts no liability for any financial loss incurred through platform use.
You agree to indemnify and hold Arrafund harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable laws.
Arrafund reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. Users may also choose to close their accounts at any time. If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, any pending payouts may be forfeited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in [Your State/Country], rather than in court, except for claims that may be resolved in small claims court.

Arrafund provides a platform for users to post and share content, including but not limited to posts, comments, photos, videos, and other user-generated content. While Arrafund monitors platform activity to ensure compliance with these Terms, we do not assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content posted by users. All user-generated content represents the views and opinions of the individual users and does not reflect the opinions or policies of Arrafund.
Arrafund expressly disclaims any liability for user-generated content, including but not limited to offensive, defamatory, or unlawful material. Users are solely responsible for their own content and any consequences arising from its publication on the platform. If you encounter inappropriate content, please report it through the platform's reporting tools or contact support.
