Welcome to Arrafund. These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of Arrafund, a social rewards platform that connects users and businesses through promotional campaigns, shopping promises, receipt matching, and other reward opportunities. Rewards are promotional incentives, not investments, deposits, stored-value accounts, or interest-bearing funds. By using Arrafund, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Arrafund. Some features may have location restrictions, and Arrafund reserves the right to deny access based on jurisdictional limitations. Business accounts are reserved for registered businesses or entities legally authorized to conduct commercial activities. Influencer accounts are intended for individuals creating content for promotional purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Arrafund reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for inaccurate information, suspected fraudulent activities, or violations of these Terms. Ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
Arrafund may allow businesses to create and fund promotional campaigns ("Funds") and may allow users to participate in reward opportunities by creating content, referring friends, making eligible purchases, or submitting or connecting eligible receipts. The requirements, reward amount or rate, budget, limits, and availability of each opportunity may vary and may be described in the platform or in offer-specific terms. Arrafund does not guarantee that any particular campaign, shopping promise, merchant, purchase, referral, or other activity will qualify for a reward.
Arrafund may display reward amounts using the following statuses:
A reward becomes Available only after Arrafund approves it and posts it to the user's Available balance. Estimated, potential, and Pending amounts do not create a debt, property interest, or contractual payment obligation. Arrafund may correct clerical, technical, duplicate, or calculation errors and may reverse amounts tied to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or activity that did not satisfy the applicable offer when the activity occurred.
Arrafund may apply fees to platform services. These fees will be disclosed prior to engagement in any paid service. Any fees associated with Wise transactions, including potential processing delays, are subject to Wise’s terms and conditions and are outside Arrafund’s control.
Only Available amounts may be requested for withdrawal. Withdrawals are subject to the minimum balance, minimum withdrawal, account reserve, and other requirements displayed in the platform when the request is made. Arrafund may also require account approval, identity or tax information, a valid payment destination, and completion of fraud and compliance checks before initiating a payout.
Payouts may be processed through Wise or another third-party payment provider. Processing times may vary, and the provider may impose its own eligibility requirements, fees, limits, or delays. Arrafund is not responsible for a delay or failure caused by a payment provider, financial institution, incorrect payment information supplied by the user, or a legal or compliance hold outside Arrafund's reasonable control.
Arrafund retains ownership of all platform content, design, and branding materials. Businesses and influencers maintain ownership of their content but grant Arrafund a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display this content on the platform as part of the promotion and engagement process.
Receipt uploads, connected-email receipt matches, and automated reward or commission calculations are not approvals or guarantees of payment. A receipt reward is subject to the applicable offer terms and may require, among other things, an active shopping promise created before the purchase, an eligible merchant or product, a purchase within the stated time period, a complete and readable original receipt, and compliance with campaign limits and these Terms.
Arrafund may reject or reverse a receipt reward if the receipt is unreadable, altered, fabricated, duplicated, previously submitted, outside the applicable offer period, associated with an ineligible or returned purchase, unsupported by the merchant or campaign, or otherwise inconsistent with the offer terms. The reward rate or amount is the rate or amount stated for the applicable offer; no general reward percentage is promised by these Terms. Receipt rewards remain subject to the reward statuses and approval conditions in Section 4.
Connecting Gmail is optional. If you enable it, you authorize Arrafund to use Gmail read-only access to search for likely receipt messages, process matching content and attachments, and extract purchase details for active shopping promises, reward review, fraud prevention, and related accounting. This permission does not let Arrafund send, edit, or delete your email.
You may connect one Gmail account and disconnect it at any time in Settings. Disconnecting stops future access and revokes the related Google authorization. Previously created receipt or reward records remain subject to the retention and deletion terms in our Privacy Policy.
Arrafund does not use connected Gmail data to send email from your account or for advertising. Arrafund's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Additional details about access, retention, deletion, and security are provided in our Privacy Policy and Google User Data page.
Users agree not to engage in spam, impersonation, fraudulent activities, or misuse of funds. Arrafund reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and pursue legal action for violations of this policy. All users must comply with these Terms and any applicable laws.
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes associated with rewards or payouts you receive. Arrafund may request tax information, withhold amounts, or report payments when required by law. Participation in Arrafund does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or investment relationship between you and Arrafund, a business, or another user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrafund is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from platform use, unavailable or discontinued reward opportunities, estimated or Pending amounts, third-party conduct, or third-party payment failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold Arrafund harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable laws.
Arrafund reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. Users may also choose to close their accounts at any time. Estimated, potential, or Pending amounts may be canceled when an account is closed or terminated because those amounts have not become Available. An account closure does not automatically forfeit a valid Available amount, but payment remains subject to these Terms, applicable law, identity and compliance checks, and correction or reversal for fraud, error, refunds, or chargebacks.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in [Your State/Country], rather than in court, except for claims that may be resolved in small claims court.
Arrafund may modify these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the platform after the stated effective date indicates acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes apply prospectively and will not reduce an Available amount already posted, except for a permitted correction or reversal under these Terms or as required by law. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Arrafund provides a platform for users to post and share content, including but not limited to posts, comments, photos, videos, and other user-generated content. While Arrafund monitors platform activity to ensure compliance with these Terms, we do not assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content posted by users. All user-generated content represents the views and opinions of the individual users and does not reflect the opinions or policies of Arrafund.
Arrafund expressly disclaims any liability for user-generated content, including but not limited to offensive, defamatory, or unlawful material. Users are solely responsible for their own content and any consequences arising from its publication on the platform. If you encounter inappropriate content, please report it through the platform's reporting tools or contact support.
